This program offers a robust 36-hour curriculum spread over 12 months, resembling an Executive MBA format but specifically tailored to the nuanced challenges of executive leaders. Classroom/instructor-led sessions will alternate every other month with practical application projects (learn, then do) resulting in 6 classroom sessions, and 6 projects throughout the year. Similar to graduate level study at University, this program places more of the learning in the hands of the student rather than the instructor. This program accommodates the busy schedules of professionals without compromising the depth and impact of the learning experience.
